What I Believe

God states in the Bible that if you deny him, he will deny you.   I may not wear my Christianity as boldly as I should, but am an avid church goer and try to be a good person.  I do believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins and for that I am thankful.   My good friend Susan has this posted on her blog, and I think it states my beliefs beautifully:

I believe that God is the creator of the world.
I believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God.
I believe that the Holy Spirit is with me always.
I believe that there is evil in the world.
I believe that good people can make bad choices.
I believe that bad people can make choices that result in good things happening for others.
I believe that every experience I have, good or bad, can and will be used by God to benefit someone else as His name is glorified.
I believe that my family is an incredible gift from God, and I want deeply to treat that gift with the utmost love and respect.
I believe that my friends are dear and priceless jewels, placed in my life at different times by a loving father.
I believe that the sun will shine again.
I believe that grace is what allows me to hold my head high and love people fully.
I believe that God’s grace is the most amazing gift I could ever receive.
